RCSI was established in June of 2005 as a Veteran Owned Small Business, in partnership with the Department of Energy, and quickly became a Master Distributor of the entire Smith Environmental product line in the Eastern United States.

In early 2010, RCSI became the Factory Representative of both the Circuit Master and Airco Saver products providing Engineering consultation and evaluation for all Distributors throughout the SEP organization. In this capacity, RCSI provides not only expert guidance for sizing and placement, which are “KEY” to obtaining maximum cost reductions from the products we distribute, but evaluation of existing conditions and estimated projections for cost reductions as well.

RCSI  provides facility assessments and energy cost reduction products, in both a wholesale and retail venue, through its network of Distribution Partners, identified on this web site, and serves as the product experts for the Circuit Master.

Since installation of the Circuit Master and Airco Saver products require Certified Installers to perform their installation in order not to void warrantees, RCSI also has a program that provides necessary training classes, when requested and scheduled, by those Distributors and retailers within the RCSI Network.
